On site in . . Windsor!

Works are underway for a contemporary single-storey rear extension to our clients property in Windsor.

Sadly, its not for the Queen – although the client does act like it sometimes ;o)

The proposals, for a young professional couple, are to demolish the existing, dated single storey rear extension and replace with a larger more voluminous entertaining space. With large bifold doors opening onto the rear garden, and a large lantern-style rooflight over, this will really allow huge amounts of natural light to flood deep in to the house and create a large spacious kitchen / dining / entertaining space.

Theres a few internal modifications as well to create a utility room & downstairs wc, along with the creation of a balcony to the matser bedroom in the loft.
